The location of the hotel was beautiful, close to town centre. The personnel were outstandingly accommodating and made me feel welcome. The continental breakfast was superb, that was my favourite part.  

The room was really well appointed and equipped with a massive bathroom, tea making facilities, for example. The price was £ 53.

I can recommend and would definitely come back. This hotel is reasonably spacious with pleasant and welcoming staff and fresh food.

Really well appointed and tastefully decorated room with comfy bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Continental breakfast with exceptional selection.

The room was a nice size here with updated facilities, awesome view plus huge bath. The breakfast was marvellous and exceptional, had plenty of food.

This is a hotel go-to for Rothesay! The venue is lovely old and nestled in a lovely building. The stuff are superfriendly and the location is beautiful directly across the road from the bay. Furthermore, it's not far from the beautiful island 

It was airy, freshly decorated and with a good view. The breakfast was splendid, the check in was friendly. The staff and the host were all accommodating.

Our breakfast was absolutely superb and marvellous with scrambled egg with generous helping of smoked salmon and smoked salmon.

Location very close to the esplanade as well as highlands beyond. Beautiful old building and rooms with the original cast iron bath.

100% recommend and would like to stay longer, it was a such great stay. They provide scrambled eggs and pancakes, that is fresh. The rooms here are spotless and freshly decorated with great views.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and recommend. Had 1 night in Rothesay, spending our time here lovely. Suite with a view was the best.
